Internships at Frontier Bio are one-of-a-kind. You will be working on high-impact projects and play a crucial part in the development of our products. Internships at Frontier Bio are not for the faint of heart. Are you ready to dive into the future of tissue engineering with us?

Mechatronics Engineering Internships

About you (preferred):

  • You've designed 3D parts in CAD for 3D printing

  • You've created some projects with Arduino or Raspberry Pi

  • You're familiar with more than one slicer program for 3D printing

  • You have some startup experience

  • You've built or modified a 3D printer

  • You might consider yourself a "maker" or "hacker"

  • You're working on an engineering degree currently, or recently graduated

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

3D Printing, CAD, Prototyping, Machine Shop, PCB Design, Sensor Integration

Biology / Bioengineering / Biomedical Engineering Internships

We are looking for a biologist, bioengineer, or biomedical engineer with an interest in tissue engineering, with some extracurricular experience already (for example in a research lab, or student club). Candidates should have experience in mammalian cell culture, stem cells, and/or tissue engineering.

Business Development Internships

Join us as a business development intern. Duties include:

  • Performing market analysis in key application areas of 3D bioprinting / tissue engineering, and compile findings

  • Performing competitive analysis in our application areas

  • Delivering research to inform on strategic partnerships with key players
